And our work depends on a Project/Task Supervisor joining our team to support our government client's activities in the client's locations. At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Project/Task Supervisor supports and manages the responsibilities of the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects. Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned task(s) and management.
Supervises assigned hardware technician staff.
Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting.
May also perform high level technical services on assigned task(s).
Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
Coordinates risk tracking process.
Attends customer meetings and may serve as client liaison.
Interacts with client staff and stakeholders.
Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
• Required Experience: 5+ years of related work experience
Must possess appropriate and current DoD Information Assurance (IA) Certification to be considered for employment: CompTIA Security+ CE is the minimum certification
As part of your function on the program, you will be granted privileged user access. Privileged Users are subject to greater scrutiny as a direct result of the significant responsibilities placed upon them. Please be aware that because of these critical duties, you will be subject to additional IT system monitoring, and supervisory evaluation to ensure continuous adherence to Privileged User processes and procedures. Privileged Users are subject to a zero-tolerance policy for security violations • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
