Job description
Job Description RESPEC's Data & Technology Solutions (DTS) business unit seeks a Senior Program Manager for RESPEC IT professional services, supporting the Indian Health Service. The successful candidate should have technical leadership and team management experience in Health IT, including Electronic Healthcare Records, custom and/or COTS systems and their operations, and experience with federal contract operations and delivery. The preferred home location is Albuquerque, NM. The scope of responsibility includes: Serving as an authorized representative for technical and administrative performance of all products and services required
Serving as a single point of contact that all federal contractor/government communications, work, and technical direction flow through
Sustaining high-quality partner and agency client relationships and communications, and a trusted advisor relationship
Writing and coordinating with capture team on technical solutions and estimates in response to RFPs
Acting for the Contractor for the duration of the contract or until the Contracting Officer has been notified of replacement
Additional requirements include: Technical knowledge IT system environments and tools to develop and manage related systems and processes, including on-premise and cloud architecture and environments, server and database environment(s) management, maintenance and upgrades, DevSecOps for collaboration between development and operations teams, as well as integration of security, monitoring tools, application and reports development, data management, and service and support ticketing system(s) (including ServiceNow) for capture and tracking
A background of leadership in projects-based IT services and leadership of project and technical teams Business management skills and the ability to efficiently analyze, recommend, communicate, and manage efforts, staff, teams, and resources to provide support on demand to the client/agency leadership Review Future Year (FY) client needs in terms of business cases for upgrades, projects, staffing, and other resources; making recommendations and providing estimates for the agency's FY plans, in support of strategic direction and requirements Minimal travel Qualifications Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 10 years of directly applicable federal IT program management or technically similar/related
Federal Public Trust Level 5 clearance preferred (or willingness to obtain clearance)
PMP preferred
Additional certifications are a plus (e.g., CompTIA, CSM, SaFE, CISSP) Additional Information Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise.
