Job description

Hiring Hub is currently looking for Recruiting Assistant to join our fast-paced staffing and recruiting firm. The Recruitment Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and organized recruitment processes within Hiring Hub.

Duties:


  • Answers and directs incoming calls

  • Coordinates hiring activities by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases.

  • Assists with onboarding processes

  • Administrative duties like preparing job ads.

  • Support interviewers and candidates by managing calendars and resolving issues promptly.

  • Orders office supplies

  • Maintains employee files are in compliance


Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience

  • Strong internal and external customer service

  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills

  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred but not required

  • Excellent MS Word skills
