Job description

BlueHalo is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) with a strong background in supporting multi-mission, multi-service, complex integrated systems for DoD and National Security solutions. The candidate should be adaptable to different work environments, able to quickly diagnose and resolve issues, and play a key role in building and sustaining client relationships. This position is a hybrid role based in Albuquerque, with approximately 35% travel required, including OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) assignments. Responsibilities: Provide on-site technical support to maintain, sustain, operate, and repair System of Systems (SoS) Ensure on-site safety at all times for personnel and the system Analyze data such as logs and State of Health diagnostics to aid in troubleshooting and repair Perform routine maintenance per documented guidelines Configure HW/SW/FW as needed Use test equipment to troubleshoot issues Maintain and be accountable for test equipment and tools Maintain proper industry training and certifications as required Conduct proper Root Cause Analysis Document all maintenance, installation, modifications, and repairs Author and submit reports as required Provide feedback to the organization to help in continuously improving products and services Train customers how to properly use equipment Manage on-site forward supply point spares Conduct PHS&T activities for spares Help build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensure implementation of policies and practices Regularly inform senior leadership on progress and performance Review and improve applied SOPs and TTPs Provide input to leadership centered on product support life-cycle management strategies that leads to strategic business growth Identify, support, and cultivate new and existing strategic alliances Identify market opportunities and better ways to allocate resources Prepare and present briefings and conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders Track, document, and report taskers, deadlines, and other information requests for distribution to the appropriate point(s) of contact This position is hybrid with approximately 35% travel required. Required Qualifications: Formal training in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Electronics, IT, or equivalent military training). Associate degree or technical certifications may substitute based on experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience in field service, technical support, or a similar role. Active Secret level clearance. Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills. Accurately monitors, tracks, and records hours worked, ensuring precise documentation and compliance with timekeeping policies. Thoroughly understands and operates in accordance with a contract's Performance Work Statements, ensuring that all tasks, deliverables, and services are completed to the required standards. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving. Ability to work efficiently in diverse team environments. Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a firm grasp of technical concepts. Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments. Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs. Willingness to travel frequently and work in varied field conditions (outdoors, industrial sites, military bases, etc.). Willingness to work in high-stress and potentially hazardous environments, such as combat zones. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering-related field (or equivalent work experience). Military experience, particularly with technical systems and field service. 3+ years of experience leading or supervising teams. 5+ years of experience in developing training, certification, and quality assurance programs.
