Job Description ANALYGENCE is seeking an Information Security Analyst in support of the U.S. Air Force's Mission Defense Teams (MDTs). MDTs provide specialized cybersecurity to mission systems across the Air Force and offer a targeted approach to persistent cyber defense, protecting the service's most important warfighting components. The MDT looks at what weaknesses and vulnerabilities exist in some of the assets on key cyber terrain, computer and IT systems that are central to the wings mission, and how they can make these more defensible. In this role, you will perform defensive cyber operations on a day-to-day basis, which includes monitoring systems for indicators of compromise. You will perform functional mission analysis to determine any cyber vulnerabilities and employ your expertise in defending the Air Force Network (AFNET), and other infrastructure with evolving environment and technology shifts. Requirements Must have an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility. Requires IAT Level II Certification. Bachelors in CS, IS, Engineering, Business or related IT/cybersecurity technical disciplines ( 2 years additional experience with AA Degree or 4 years' experience in lieu of a BS degree). 3 years' combined experience in FMA-C processes and MRT-C mapping; IT cybersecurity principles to respond to cyber incidents; IT security principles to assess risk factors and provide vulnerability advice; telecom principles to assess operations efficiency and equipment/system integrity. Experience with CVAH (Cyber Vulnerability Assessment Hunter) preferred. Summary Our people-first culture drives mission success.
