Job description

Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Dispatcher will provide customer service support for the daily maintenance operation and activities for all assigned vehicles. Perform the duties of Vehicle Registration. Interacts professionally with contractors, vendors and corporate staff members, maintain effective working relationships in cooperation with the Alutiiq management team to meet the DOE mission objectives. Performs Customer Service desk and purchasing tasks as assigned by manager. Maintaining a mixed fleet of Government (GSA) and ALMS owned/leased vehicles, forklifts, mowing equipment, Backhoe, Bucket Truck, and Trailers for the purpose of supporting the Facilities Maintenance Services. Keeps supervisor apprised of unique situations and problems encountered. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Clearance Required: Secret Required Qualifications and Experience: Ability to obtain a DOE/NNSA "L" level clearance.
Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Valid state driver's license.
Acceptable driving record (must provide current driving record).
Typing proficiency of 45 words per minutes (wpm).
Three years' experience in facility maintenance, labor and material cost tracking, and operation of computer/software/networks.
Computer experience in word processing software, preferably Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Will be subject to Random Drug Testing Program
