Job Number: R Acquisition Logistician, Senior
Key Role: Serve as the focal point for planning, managing, and coordinating life cycle logistics support. Develop and communicate logistics requirements that have far-reaching consequences for logistics design. Lead in the implementation and maintenance of information, including status for te chn ology-based hardware and sof tware assets. Serve as the te chn ical advisor on contracts. Apply advanced consulting and extensive te chn ical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Provide thorough and proper logistics inputs to supportability for our future weapon systems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in acquisitions in the DoD
Experience developing Life Cycle Support Plans ( LCSP ) and supportability milestones
Knowledge of DoD acquisition, maintenance requirements, and organizational functions involved in logistical support
Knowledge of logistical requirements in support of program decision milestones
Ability to develop and analyze data to determine logistic objectives and goals, identify support requirements, including funding and te chn ical support requirements, and establish relationships between the participants involved in deploying the plan
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Ability to obtain a security clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Experience with weapon systems product support subject matter
Knowledge of the Army's Logistics Modernization Program ( LMP ) and Ta nk Automotive & Armaments and Joint Munitions Commands ( TACOM & JMC ) Knowledge of MIL-HDBK-502 Acquisition Handbook

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
