Description

- Oversee the management and processing of global cash dividends and domestic payment and interest events

- Handle international market transactions and ensure compliance with foreign tax treaties and witholding requirements

- Utilize financial systems and platforms to process and reconcile interest payments and bond adjustments

- Monitor and manage payables, receivables, and cash position while conducting thorough reconciliations

- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate with audit, risk, and control teams

- Implement and enhance departmental policies and procedures to optimize event processing and mitigate risks

Profile

- 8+ years of Asset Servicing, Accounting, or Operations experience within the Financial Industry

- Bachelor's Degree Required

- Exstensive experience in asset servicing, particularly with global cash dividends and fixed income events

- Proficient in handling international market transactions and understanding foreign tax treaties

- Skilled in using financial systems such as Euroclear, DTC, Bloomberg, and various reconciliation tools

- Strong analytical abilities for identifying risks and optimizing processing efficiency

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with internal teams

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize workload, and adhere to departmental policies and controls
