As the Distribution Center (DC) Area Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of warehouse operations, while leading a team of distribution center associates in efficiently and effectively executing shipping/receiving responsibilities safely, productively and in accordance with company policies and procedures. You'll be a key player in our supply chain operation, ensuring all DC operations run smoothly so we can ensure merchandise is being received, processed, stored, packed and shipped properly to help us achieve our mission to get the right products to the right stores at the right time!

Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Monitor employee productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency.

Support compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures and rules.

Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.

Ability to handle a fast paced environment.

Use computer and warehouse management software to log, track and report data
