Job description

Master Scheduler Responsibility of managing, establishing, reviewing, and maintaining a master schedule. Must have machine shop experience scheduling jobs on machines Improve forecasting tools and procedures through application of innovative ideas and projects Further develop existing forecast and supply programs to improve current days inventory and cash cycle Work in conjunction with other area owners/managers/engineers to help create schedules in a fast paces environment with competing customer demands and schedules. Review and update forecast, production schedules and material requirements Coordinate and plan materials requirements for new product introductions, including review of new BOM's and cut in dates for build verification and production units Review material shortages, stock outages and safety stock levels while working with Supply chain, purchasing, and manufacturing to meet customer requirements Proactively review material supply and demand to determine push/pull actions appropriate to impact manufacturing and supply exception messages Must be able to merge multiple projects to create a master schedule with resources and test equipment allocations Education & Experience: 2-5 years of Supply Chain/Project Manager/Master Scheduling experience Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Project BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience MUST BE CLEARABLE
