Job Description:

" Infrastructure Project Manager with Concentration in Facilities/Construction Project Management with PMP certification preferred

" Minimum 15 years of overall experience which includes 13+ years' experience as a project manager overseeing large, complex facilities/M&A projects within large enterprise companies

" Senior level experience managing complex, multi-team project schedules and budgets

" Superior communication skills; comfortable with all levels

" Highly driven and detailed oriented o IT/Professional Engineering background (with degree a related degree preferred)

" Experience using enterprise PPM & service delivery tools to manage schedules/budgets/resources

" Must be willing to work overtime if necessary and travel to other sites occasionally

" Power distribution including UPSs, PDUs, ATSs, generators, as well as NEMA power receptacles (and common power whip voltages/amps for MDFs and IDFs), and NEMA enclosure standards

" General understanding of power distribution IDS/ IES/ IT closets

" Ability to read/create/maintain architectural drawings and understand structural technical impact

" End-to-end networking components (MPLS, Internet, switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) and VoIP/Unified Communications

" Compute/Storage technology stack: Blade servers, vSANs

" Database: SQL, Oracle

" MDF/IDF architecture

" Enterprise video conference and collaboration solutions

" Virtualization solutions: VMWare, Hyper-V

" ANSI/TIA standards, J-STD standards, ISO/IEC standards, NEC standards, and BISCI standards

" Ethernet specifications and distance limitations

" Copper and fiber standards

" Infor LN Technical
