Key Duties for the role:

Preparing customer orders for shipment.

Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing and repacking for shipments.

Operating technology including radio frequency scanners, computers, etc.

Moving products to storage areas with proper equipment and stacking and storing the merchandise.

Picking orders for shipment and assembling merchandise to be shipped.

Counting and verifying freight for accuracy and/or damage
Maintain Distribution Center inventory and safety standards
Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

At least 6 months previous warehouse experience

RF Scanner experience
Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
High School Diploma; or equivalent
Effective communication skills: verbal and written communication skills including good telephone skills
Basic mathematical and PC computer skills
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
Outgoing, team player, and a willingness to learn

The successful candidate will show a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with resourcefulness and initiative. Customer service and teamwork skills are very important. Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends is required.
