Job Number 676511BR Description:This position will function a s the Program Security
Representative for various domestic and international l program s as well as support other security disciplines. Provide day to day security oversight, support and guidance to Program personnel to successfully execute each contracts security requirements. As the Program m Security Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for the identification, development, implementation and oversight of each program 's security compliance to include Transportation Plans, Technology Control Plans, International classified transfers, Foreign National visits, etc. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company and program operations. Prepares education and awareness materials for employees. Other duties and schedule accommodations m ay be assigned a s appropriate. Key responsibilities include, but a re not limited to:
• Oversee and provide security related inputs to business
proposals, provide cost, schedule and government program security requirements to capture managers, and assist in the set up and operation of new classified operations.
• Support Enterprise Level Security projects and assignments,
as required.
• Maintain effective relationships with business leadership, functional counterparts, government contracting activities, federal oversight and partnering agencies and locally supporting law enforcement activities.
• Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company and program operations. Develop and execute security programs associated with the protection of proprietary
information in compliance with corporate policies.
• Interface with US Government and foreign government customers to address security concerns, requirements, compliance, etc.
• Support employees relative to personnel security clearances and manage the reporting of adverse information
Basic Qualifications:
• Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance • Thorough understanding of the "32 CFR Part 117" National Industrial Security Program
• Experience in developing and implementing security strategies,
and managing security team s/ operations
• Demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, employees and teammates
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience preparing resources and coordinating activities necessary to support government and custom er Security program compliance vulnerability assessments
• Experience with Personnel security and SEAD 3 requirements
Desired Skills:
• Final in-scope Top Secret Security Clearance
• Working knowledge of LM Security automated processes and procedures
• Familiarization working with represented employees
• Familiarization with SEAD 3 Requirements
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
