PD Supervisor Administrative-RN NightsReq #: Category:Nursing Manager Status:Per Diem Shift:Night Facility:Monmouth Medical Center - Southern Campus Department:Nursing Supervisors Location: MMC Southern Campus, 600 River Road, Lakewood, NJ 08701 Job Overview: RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated & experienced RN for an Administrative Supervisor Per Diem Nights at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus. Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus is a fully accredited acute care hospital dedicated to providing the finest medical and health care services to the residents of Ocean and Monmouth counties. An affiliate of the RWJBarnabas Health system, Monmouth South is a sister hospital to Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch. Monmouth South is the only hospital in the region to provide private rooms on all of its inpatient units, providing an environment more conducive to healing. Several other enhancements have been made to provide superior service to Lakewood and surrounding region as well including the Better Health Senior Membership Program, state-of-the-art Geriatrics Institute, and an expansion of cancer services. Qualifications: Required: + RN Degree + NJ RN License required + At least 2-3 years RN acute care experience + BLS & ACLS & PALS (American Heart Association) Preferred: + BSN + Specialty Certification + Nsg Supervisor or Management Experience Scheduling Requirements: + Night Shift Essential Functions: + Represents hospital administration + Responsible to coordinate evaluate and manage clinical activities throughout the hospital on evening & night and weekend shifts Other Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
