Description

The Construction Superintendent - Life Sciences - New Jersey will:

• Have minimum of 8 (eight) years of Superintendent experience in life sciences / healthcare
• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct inspections, manage documentation, and ensure that all work meets client specifications and industry standards.
• Resolve conflicts and challenges on-site while maintaining a focus on project goals and deadlines.

Profile

The Construction Superintendent - Life Sciences - New Jersey will have:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, particularly on Life Sciences or Healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Have experience in overseeing large pharmaceutical renovations
• Have experience with MEPs is preferred
