Job Summary

The Senior Advisor Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and efficiency of our advisor teams. This position is designed to manage and streamline various operational tasks, ensuring that our expanding advisor base receives the necessary support to thrive. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling commissions, billing, compensation agreements, and other administrative duties, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accurate calculation and timely distribution of commissions.
  • Handle all billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain compensation agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Administer and manage representative IDs, master records, and numbers.
  • Coordinate and administer changes in advisor office staff, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Prepare and manage monthly reports for LPL, ensuring all data is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Undertake various projects as needed to support the operations team and advisor base.
Primary Skills & Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial data and administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including MS Office and financial reporting systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
