This reputable developer / general construction company is looking for a Multi-Family GROUND UP Superintendent in the Central New Jersey region. Superintendent will be in charge of a wood-frame ground up multifamily project with a Project Manager on-site as well.

Client Details

This Superintendent will be working for a reputable New Jersey based affordable housing developer. They have extensive experience building projects ranging from small projects to large - mixed-use multifamily, senior living, and more. As they expand their project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to join the team.

Description

The Multifamily Construction Superintendent - Central New Jersey will:

• Manage the job site from inception through completion.

• Communicate and meet regularly with subcontractors to assess project progress, schedule, changes, and deliveries.

• Proactively identify design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project-specific issues.

• Enforce safety protocols to ensure job site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safety standards.

• Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots.

• Communicate effectively with owners, construction managers, other superintendents, and project managers to ensure appropriate progress

Profile

The Multifamily Construction Superintendent - Central New Jersey should have:

• 8+ years of construction superintendent experience - WOOD FRAME projects

• Experience building ground up wood frame multifamily projects of at least $10M

• OSHA certification preferred

• Demonstrated success leading projects and managing a large team

• No JUMPY Backgrounds - must be with employers for at least 3 years at a time
