Optima Executives is looking to hire for an Entry Level Admin Assistant Position!



Our office is headquartered in Southern NH - This is an in office position so you must be able to get to the office daily and have reliable transportation.



This individual would assist our HR and recruiting team with daily office administration and HR responsibilities. This is an entry level position that has room for growth internally.



Responsibilities include:




  • Sourcing candidates

  • Calling potential candidates

  • Office duties

  • Meeting prospective applicants and discussing their background

  • Social media marketing, SEO and Brand optimization

  • Collaborating with other office members to create a positive work environment and also plan events



We are seeking candidates who have experience in:




  • General HR

  • Recruiting

  • Time Management

  • Team Building

  • Microsoft Office

  • ATS Systems

  • Inside Sales or Customer Service



We provide full training for this position and are seeking candidates who take initiative, have rigorous work ethic, comprehend recruiting goals, and can multitask in a fast paced working environment.



Optima Executives is projected to expand into two additional markets this year! In order to do that, we need a stellar HR/Recruiting team to achieve these big goals!
