Job description

As the Program Manager, you will be the key individual responsible for driving projects from conception to delivery. In this exciting role, you will manage both R&D and New Product Development projects and ensure efficient operation of the program management function.

Description

Reporting directly into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing customer contracts
  • Overseeing budgets and schedules
  • Facilitation team coordination
  • Communicating effectively across disciplines
  • Plan and coordinate financial activities
  • Define company project direction
  • Meticulously planning projects to meet deadlines and achieve customer satisfaction

Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field
  • Preferably a Master's Degree or MBA
  • PMP certification preferred
  • 10 years of program management experience within a manufacturing environment
