What You Will Do: Direct Patient Care: Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating to ensure their comfort and well-being. Vital Signs Monitoring: Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, and report any changes to the nursing staff. Mobility Support: Aid patients with movement, including transferring them to and from beds, chairs, and wheelchairs, to promote mobility and independence. Observation and Reporting: Monitor patient conditions, document observations, and communicate any significant changes or concerns to the nursing team. Hygiene and Infection Control: Maintain patient hygiene and adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment. Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families, contributing to a positive and reassuring experience. Documentation: Accurately document patient care activities and interventions in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure patient and staff safety. What You Will Bring: Certification: Current state licensure or certification as a Nursing Assistant. Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but we are also open to new graduates of nursing assistant programs. Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical Stamina: Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving patients, and standing or walking for extended periods. Compassion: A genuine commitment to providing compassionate care and making a positive impact on patients' lives. Adaptability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the needs of the facility.
