Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Manchester, NH
Hours: (8am - 5pm)
Hourly Pay: $20 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated individuals to assist with a phone refresh project at Veteran Affairs Medical Centers (VAMCs) in Manchester, NH. This entry-level position involves programming new phones with the correct extensions using on-screen prompts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forward calls from the old phones to the new ones.

• Program new phones with the correct extensions using on-screen prompts.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any basic issues during the deployment process.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; we will provide comprehensive training.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Basic familiarity with technology is helpful but not required.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
