Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Asbestos Supervisor with 4+ years of experience to join our team. This position not only involves managing abatement projects and leading crews but also offers significant growth opportunities. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is excited about the potential to build and manage their own division as our company expands. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of asbestos abatement procedures, a proven track record of leading teams, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead asbestos abatement projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulations.


• Manage and mentor abatement crews, ensuring proper training, safety practices, and effective execution of project plans.


• Lead the division's growth by implementing efficient practices, developing new business, and building a team to support expansion.


• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).


• Conduct pre-job safety meetings and provide ongoing guidance to crew members throughout the project.


• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and inspectors to ensure timely project completion and successful inspections.


• Maintain accurate project documentation, including site logs, employee certifications, and disposal records.


• Perform final walkthroughs and clearance testing with environmental inspectors.


• Identify and mitigate any hazards on-site to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in asbestos abatement and environmental remediation.


• Must hold a valid Asbestos Supervisor license for Nevada.


• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and grow teams.


• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal asbestos regulations and abatement procedures.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities while growing a new division.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, inspectors, and team members.


• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
