Job Description Spiral Solutions seeks a Land Warfare Analyst to join our team! Location: Nellis, AFB Nevada This position is contingent upon contract award Requirements Required Experience:
Experience at the division in at least one of the following areas EW, ADA/Radars, Fires, Spectrum Management, or SIGINT/ELINT;
Experience with EMS and non-kinetic effects planning, execution, and evaluation processes;
Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet mission requirements;
Understanding of current US Army or US Marine Corps (USMC) capabilities and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations;
Experience in tactical and operational level targeting processes;
Must possess written and verbal communication skills to draft objective and credible reports and deliver briefs with minimal need for editing and corrections; and
At least twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience in the US Army or USMC. Desired Experience:
Ability to evaluate emerging EMSO threats in order to present findings, conclusions, and recommendations based on evaluation results;
Operational employment experience of EMSO and spectrum management;
At least fifteen (15) years expertise in land operations and combat systems; and
Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations;
Leading and contributing to event planning and executing teams under the direction of a military / GS direction, to include developing evaluation POAM, coordinating with units and venues, leading planning meetings, drafting evaluation plans and reports; and
Working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations.
