Job Title: Sr. Naval Aviation Analyst Work Location: Nellis AFB, Nevada Clearance: Current/active TS+ Please note that you must be a US citizen to apply to the job posting Education: Twelve (12) plus years of relevant experience Schedule: M-F Travel: Occasional travel Salary: Commensurate with experience Job Listing Number: NV24006 LCAT: Naval Aviation Analyst Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JCER missions in order to provide the JCER Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations. Required Experience: Expertise specializing in fighter/attack combat aircraft; however, experience in other armed aviation platforms is acceptable; Operational level experience with higher level broadening assignments such as Joint, CCMD and Service level staff; Developing detailed mission analysis and integration of resources to determine capabilities to meet mission requirements; Understanding of current service capabilities and tactics with knowledge of vulnerabilities in the presence of threat EMSO in order to make recommendations to service or joint tactics, weapon schools, or publications based on findings of JCER evaluations; and At least twelve (12) years of demonstrated relevant experience in Naval Aviation. Duties Include: Conducting tactical, operational, and strategic level research concerning the impact of existing and emerging EMSO threats to joint operations; Conducting studies, performing research, reporting, and making recommendations concerning instrumentation and evaluation resources necessary to execute risk reduction and evaluation events ensuring the coordination of communications, logistics, materiel, data collection and personnel training, issue and alternative definitions, and personnel requirements for each designated activity; and Working with partnering agencies that share interests in support of data collection, reduction, or JEMSO operations in conjunction with JCER evaluations.
