The Position Personnel Technicians perform a wide variety of personnel activities including personnel records processing, recruitment and examining, new hire orientation, list certification, and payroll support duties. PER EXECUTIVE ORDER 2024-06, ALL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN WAIVED FOR THIS POSITION UNTIL DECEMBER 31ST, 2024. Please refer to the link for more information: This recruitment is for an Human Resources Technician 2, located in the Division of Human Resource Management in Carson City, Nevada. This position is responsible for preparing and submitting employee actions to Central Records, maintaining tracking logs and databases, processing benefit forms, and preparing new hire and transfer paperwork for all agencies served. The incumbent will facilitate agency recruiting and present new hire orientations.
