Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Job Summary:

A leading law firm specializing in personal injury litigation is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases and a commitment to advocating for the rights of injured individuals. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact to the firm and represent clients throughout Nevada.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases from start to finish.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other involved parties.

Collaborate with legal support staff and other attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and trends in personal injury litigation.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Nevada State Bar in good standing.

At least 3 years of experience practicing plaintiff personal injury law.

Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, hearings, and trials.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work with both independently and as part of a team.

Dedication to providing high-quality legal representation and advocating for clients' rights.
