In order to help clients reduce costs, improve health outcomes, and respond to public health crises, our Health Technology practice addresses critical health agency issues including: claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics, and health case management. Work You'll do Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, cost, and resource allocation. Execution: Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and report on project progress. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on project data to provide insights into project performance. Reporting: Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the PMO and project management practices. Tool Administration: Manage and maintain project management tools and software. Support: Provide support to project managers and teams in the use of PMO tools and methodologies. Qualifications Required: 10+ year's experience of project management experience Healthcare background Bachelors degree required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Travel up to 50% The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,875 - $171,250 You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
