Job description
The Director of Global Customer Analytics will lead a large, globally dispersed team and partner directly with the Sales organization and clients in B2B sales. This role will drive customer analytics strategies, develop innovative analytics models, and provide insights to enhance customer engagement and sales performance. The Director will be responsible for leveraging data to support business objectives, optimizing customer interactions, and driving strategic decision-making processes. Your leadership and analytical expertise will be key to fostering a data-driven culture and achieving business goals.
What You'll Do- Define the strategy and roadmap for the global customer analytics team.
- Lead and manage a globally dispersed team of analysts to deliver actionable customer insights.
- Partner directly with the Sales organization to identify opportunities and challenges in B2B sales.
- Develop and implement advanced analytics models to improve customer engagement and sales performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored analytics solutions.
- Utilize data storytelling to effectively communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytical outputs.
- Drive the development of scalable analytics frameworks and tools.
- Mentor and develop global team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine analysis scopes and deliver impactful insights.
- Provide strategic leadership, creative problem-solving, and mentorship to the analytics team.
- All other duties as assigned.
- BA/BS or equivalent in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
- Strong technical skills in database tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) with experience in analyzing large datasets.
- 10+ years of experience in customer analytics, data science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing large (40+) globally dispersed teams.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing analytics models to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High integrity and exceptional work ethic, fostering mutual trust and respect within the team.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading international teams is preferred.
- Familiarity with modern data stacks, languages, and warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Python, R).
- Experience with Continuous Improvement concepts and frameworks.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and transformative change using customer analytics.
- Exceptional commercialization skills with prior experience in commercializing analytics products and solutions.
- Experience working effectively in complex organizations, satisfying diverse constituents, and leading through a matrix.

Travel Expectations Up to 25% Pay Range $162,225 - $301,275 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
