We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Corporate Office in Omaha. This newly created role is essential in supporting our Merchandisers by performing data entry, balancing positions, and ensuring timely distribution of reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling loads, and completing daily reports.
  • Assist in contract entry and verify data accuracy for daily position reports.
  • Execute various bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including balancing positions and distributing reports to merchandisers and management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with AGP customers and interdepartmental teams.
  • Coordinate presentations for employee training and customer meetings.
  • Assist in organizing travel arrangements and customer events.


Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of relevant office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working with diverse groups.
