Crop insurance Account Manager
gpac, a recruitment company since 1990, is partnered with a well-established agricultural Crop Insurance Company with a desire to grow the crop insurance portfolio without upsetting the work-life harmony of the existing Crop Insurance Account Managers. We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of Crop Insurance Account Manager Relationship "sales". This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to further their career in crop insurance sales within a reputable company in the agricultural industry.
Position responsibilites:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the agriculture sector
- Provide expert advice on crop insurance options and coverage
- Conduct risk assessments and analysis for individual farming operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance policies
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to crop insurance
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in crop insurance sales or related role
- Strong knowledge of agriculture, crops, and farm management practices, including Crop Insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
