Business Development Manager

A security company with over 30 years of unprecedented experience in all facets of the security industry is hiring a Business Development Manager. Operating with dedication to quality design, assembly, testing, installation, checkout, commissioning, inspection, maintenance and management security systems. This installation company that works on government contracts is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their permanent team.

This Business Development Manager role offers a dynamic opportunity with a rapidly growing technology services provider in Kalispell. Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Overseeing the implementation of business objectives among the company's sales, marketing, and business development program
  • Maintaining current client relationships, identifying areas for potential clients and contacting and meet with potential clients to establish business relationships
  • Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
  • Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
  • Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (8+ years of demonstrable experience in a similar position can be substituted for education)
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (desirable)
  • Position will require the ability to manage a team
  • Communicates effectively in both oral and written communications
  • Ability to build partnerships with customers and vendors by regularly demonstrating a high level of expertise and professionalism
  • Ability to identify measures or indicators of business development performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the company
Pay: $67,000/year
Schedule: Full-time
