Pioneer Care and Rehabilitation -

Our beautiful, 87 bed facility located in Dillon Montana, is seeking LPNs to join our team! Building again under new leadership, our sweet building is hoping to recruit candidates with a love for those in need and a willingness to extend the best of themselves to ensure our residents are cared for. If this sounds like you, come join us! Our facility is home to a diverse patient demographic that includes dementia care, skilled rehabilitation, long term and hospice services that allows you to fit in where you find your passion as a caregiver. You must be licensed as a LPN in the state of Montana or have an LPN/LVN in a compact state.

Wage $34-$40 per hour Dependent on Experience

We are offering competitive wages and we welcome multi state licensees and new graduates as well as seasoned nurses! 12 hours shifts offered

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current LPN license in practicing state.

  • Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.

  • Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Patient care following established Nurse Practice Act of Montana and policies of the facility.

  • Medication administration and completion of physician ordered treatments.

  • Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.

  • Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.

  • Documents any change in patient's conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.

  • Document and notify applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.

  • Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.

  • Supervision of Nursing Assistants.

  • Additional responsibilities as determined by facility and/or DNS.
