Role: Warranty Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Address customer-reported issues with our products, both warranty and non-warranty.
- Receive and manage customer requests/concerns via phone, email, or fax.
- Communicate daily with customers to resolve issues and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
- Coordinate warranty concerns from plants in the US and Mexico.
- Log and track customer complaints in a database until resolution.
- Document and analyze transformer issues to determine causes and solutions.
- Communicate with contractors about transformer issues, analyze quotations, and schedule repairs.
- Write purchase requests/orders and coordinate repair schedules with manufacturing.

Basic:
- Two-year degree in electrical or mechanical engineering technology or similar course of study from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of experience in transformers.
- Thorough knowledge of transformers.
- Current work authorization for employment in the United States.
- Successful candidate will complete: application, talent assessment, interview, background & drug screens.
- Reasonable commuting distance of a major airport to enable travel to customer sites as required.
Preferred:
- Four-year college degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar course of study from an accredited institution.
- Ability to work with a diverse group and manage projects through to completion.
- Duties will involve recommendations on which important technical decisions are made.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and passion for customer service.
- Reasonable commuting distance of Washington, MO.
