Description

• Directs all construction activities from conception through close out.
• Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
• Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
• Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
• Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
• Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
• Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.

Profile

• 10 - 15+ years of construction experience working for a General Contractor(s)
• Ideal Project Background: $10M - $100M+ (Healthcare, Commercial, Institutional, Multi-Family)
• Client Facing experience
• Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate
• Success driven
• Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
• Can assess safety concerns on site

Job Offer

• Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000, dependent on experience
