We are looking for an experienced PM to lead Mulitfamily, Tax Credit Work, Senior Living, Assisted Living, and Affordable Housing construction projects . The firm is a reputable, mid-sized firm with a strong backlog extending into 2025.

Client Details

Mid-sized General Contractor with more than a decade of construction industry experience in Missouri and Kansas. The group specializes in the multifamily, senior Living, and commercial renovation construction markets- with a particular stronghold and expertise in affordable housing construction world. Projects are predominantly local to St. Louis- backlogged nearly through 2025 adding work daily through their referred network and strong repeat client-base. The group is in an excellent position with the luxury to be selective in the clients they choose to partner with. The position is open due to growth and offers and excellent opportunity for Project Mangers to own projects from concept through completion with extensive support from a close knit and collaborative support staff and team. Description

• Consulting owner on project feasibility and delivery methods
• Leading weekly owner meetings with all stakeholders
• Assisting preconstruction efforts with Precon team Assist in project buyout
• Work closely with subcontractors/designers/engineers/inspectors/city officials
• Manage project budgets and schedules
• Lead project teams
• Travel as needed to construction site (MAXIMUM A FEW DAYS A MONTH)
• Participate in project closeout

Profile

• 5-10+ years of Construction Project Management experience
• Ideally prior experience in multifamily renovation and ground up construction
• Proven experience managing cradle-to-grave construction process
• Estimating experience a plus
• Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
• potential to grow into leadership roles
• Strong presentation and communication
• Go-getter and entrepreneurial attitude
