Client Details

My client is a National General Contractor headquartered in St. Louis. They average $1B+ in annual revenue, with presence in large scale multifamily and industrial projects. They've established a large client base with projects ranging from $50M - $100M+. Because of the anticipated growth and current workload this role will come in and not only manage projects but participate in operational responsibilities. Description

  • Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
  • Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals
  • Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture
  • Creates and reviews project schedules
  • Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
  • Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
  • Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
  • Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
  • Nation-wide projects require managing remote teams, adds flexibility

Profile

  • 10-15+ years of experience with a general contractor
  • Bachelor's degree in construction field preferred, not required
  • Experience leading and assisting on commercial construction projects
  • Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate
  • Success driven
  • Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
  • Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus

Job Offer
