Position: Sheet Metal Estimator

Responsibilities:

- Utilize your expertise in construction management, engineering, and sheet metal trade to provide accurate estimates

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure project requirements are met

- Conduct detailed analysis and financial assessments to determine project costs

- Leverage your knowledge of estimating software and proficiency in MS Office to streamline the estimation process

- Interact effectively with team members and clients to address any concerns or questions that may arise

Essential Job Functions:

- Employ your sharp attention to detail to create precise and comprehensive estimates

- Multitask effectively to meet project deadlines and handle multiple estimation tasks simultaneously

- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret project specifications and devise accurate cost breakdowns

- Utilize your financial analysis skills to evaluate project profitability and identify areas for optimization

Skills:

- Associate degree in construction management, Engineering, and/or Sheet Metal Trade Experience

- Previous experience with Sheet Metal Quotesoft estimating is preferred

- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to catch even the smallest errors

- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of estimating software

- Strong analytic skills and financial analysis abilities

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders

- Display excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues

Working Conditions:

- Ability to travel to job sites approximately 20% of the time
