Position Details/Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering Land Development
  • EIT, PE preferred but not required.
  • Plan and design residential, commercial, and industrial development projects, including lot layout, grading, stormwater management, and utilities for national and local land developers.
  • Prepare and review drawings and specifications documenting the systems designed
  • Highly Proficient in the following: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, MS Office
  • Land Surveying experience, knowledge a plus
  • Must be self-motivated and hardworking!
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Well organized with ability to multi-task
  • Broad experience across the entire life of the project
