Overview:

Provides functional oversight to all EVS co-workers. Plans work flow and directs shift activities. Responds to calls from all departments of Mercy Hospital - St. Louis. Performs all other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Salary Range: $18-21 but goes up based on experience

  • Experience: 5 years supervisor experience in a health care setting preferably.
  • Required Education: High School diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred Education: Associates Degree or equivalent.
  • Other: Ability to read and understand basic instructions. Is organized, self-motivated and has the ability to communicate directions in a clear concise manner. Must be computer proficient with generating schedules, time keeping, floor care experience, and must be service oriented and able to anticipate the needs of others and respond appropriately. Minimum of one year previous work experience in a leadership role is preferred.
