Description & Requirements ManTech is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Public Affairs Officer to join our team in St. Louis, MO Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Processes all outgoing communications such as drafting articles for publication, Maintain email distribution lists and security groups. Support Town Halls and recurring events. Schedule, coordinate, communicate, and execute engagements. Communicate visits and attend visit coordinator/conceptualization meetings and IPRs as needed. Track visit metrics to ensure leadership is apprised of visit statistics Plan Open House events. Coordinate watch and other directorates to plan VIP visits ensuring proper classification levels and operating environment are set before each visit. Provide secondary admin support on a case by base to government POC, to include: Update rosters and badge buddies. On/off board personnel Conference room reservations Coordinate with divisions to identify supplies, create supply lists, and organize supplies upon receipt. Planning events Assist with NCERTS tasker coordination. Create or improve SOPs to formalize the operation and execution of repeatable processes. Support the records management plan. Inventory all records, organize records and non-records in approved file plans, conduct records disposition. Problem identification and analysis. Innovate new approaches to communicating ideas through articles, video, or audio . Basic Qualifications Minimum 7 years of work experience Bachelor's Degree in Public Affair or Communications or similar OR 4 additional years of experience. A Master's Degree can be used for 4 additional years of experience Experience with writing and speaking to Senior Executives and Pay banded employees. Ability to brief in front of an audience and tailor presentations to the level or desire of the audience and effectively convey the desired message of senior leadership. Able to work on multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Knowledge of the Intel customer's organization and structure. Desired Skills 1 year experience analyzing job-related concerns and provide operative solutions. 1 year experience and knowledge of web-based products and presentation development. 1 year experience delivering complex information to varied audiences in a variety of formats. Knowledge of NARA Records Management plans Security Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Poly Physical Requirements: Able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Constantly position self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet. Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier, scanner, and computer printer. Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
