Job description

The Swift Group is looking for a Audio-Visual Specialist, you will play a key role in accomplishing multimedia products and services by utilizing a wide range of skills related to photography, audiovisual production, visual information, illustration, computer operation, and telecommunication work. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in multimedia production, including hands-on experience with audio-visual equipment This position is located in St. louis, MO. Key Responsibilities: Produce high-quality multimedia content using a variety of techniques and equipment, including photography, audiovisual production, and visual information Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their needs Operate audio-visual recorders, sound mixers, microphones, TV cameras, and related equipment to capture audio and video content Utilize modern digital production techniques and equipment to enhance multimedia materials Edit and enhance multimedia content using industry-standard software tools Ensure the quality and accuracy of multimedia products by conducting thorough reviews and revisions as needed Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in multimedia production to continuously improve skills and capabilities Requirements: 5 or more years of experience in accomplishing multimedia products and services Minimum of 2 years of experience operating audio-visual recorders, sound mixers, microphones, TV cameras, and related equipment in a formal academic or professional education and training environment Proficiency in photography, audiovisual production, and visual information Strong technical skills in computer operation and telecommunication work Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment BA/BS Degree or five additional years experience in lieu of a degree US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated experience supporting data scientists to create-through fine tuning, transfer learning-models for classification, prediction, generative AI, or other similar tasks Demonstrated experience optimizing the deployment of AI models in the cloud Demonstrated experience with front-end web development frameworks such as Flask Demonstrated experience using Tableau to connect cloud serves to Tableau output visualizations MA/MS Degree The Swift Groups is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
