Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to officials, including scheduling appointments, managing calls, taking dictation, and handling various business details. This role requires familiarity with standard practices in the field and the ability to work independently under general supervision. Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills are essential for success in this position.

Shift hours - Start time 7:00am Monday - Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Provide information to callers and take dictation

  • Assist with clerical work and minor administrative tasks

  • Work on various projects as assigned

  • Scale trucks in and out and work in SAP system

  • Direct calls for the site and greet visitors

  • Conduct safety training for visitors

  • Organize site events

    SKILLS

  • Excellent planning and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in multitasking effectively

  • Experience in administrative and business support for manager positions

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Extensive computer skills with knowledge of relevant software

  • Familiarity with clerical and administrative procedures/systems

  • Good interpersonal skills

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
