Profile Summary: Dynamic telecom professional with over 14 years of extensive experience in overseeing large-scale programs and delivering enterprise solutions across the telecom application landscape. Proven track record in managing telecom customers and driving transformation programs, with a strong focus on BSS domains including Retail, Enterprise, and Wholesale lines of business. Core Competencies: Telecom Application Landscape: Deep understanding of CSP processes, specializing in BSS areas such as Sales & CRM, Order Management, and Revenue Assurance. Solution Architecture & Delivery: Expertise in planning, high-level design, and solution implementation, with hands-on experience in architecture design and consulting for platforms like Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, and Sigma. Consulting & Advisory: Strong background in consulting roles, helping clients solve complex business problems and optimizing application portfolios through strategic advisory. Modernization Initiatives: Led efforts to modernize telecom BSS stacks, including POCs, business case development, and proposals for transformation. Integration & Governance: Extensive experience in enterprise integrations, data analytics, and governance, alongside a solid understanding of TMF architecture and integration standards (ODA, NaaS, Open API Professional Experience: Telecom Transformation Programs: Successfully drove the implementation and governance of various transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards. Capability Building & Lead Generation: Engaged in RFx processes, account mining, and generating leads through strategic planning and capability development. Change & Release Management: Led change and release management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions in service delivery.
