Opening for Critical Care intensivist in Joplin, MOFull TimePermanent PositionEmployed Opportunity Seeking BC/BE Critical Care Physician to join team in Joplin, MissouriOverview:- Level II Trauma Center with over 50,000 visits per year- State-of-the-art 40-bed open and busy ICU- Management of medical, surgical, cardiac, and neuro patients in ICU- Average of 10-15 patients/day with challenging pathology- Outstanding MDT sub-specialty support available- Anesthesia in-house 24/7- Emergency flight service on site- Teaching opportunities available for medical students and residents- Financially stable health system- New, near-site, state-of-the-art day care/learning center exclusively for children of facility employees- Professional growth & Leadership Development opportunitiesSchedule and Incentives:- Salary Range: From $427,700- Shift Based (182 shifts/year, $2350/shift)- Additional shifts above 14 in a 28-day period - $2950 per shift differential- Day Shift: 7am-5 pm, 2 physicians staffed each day- Evening/Night Shift: 5pm-7am, divided between the team- Start Bonus ($20,000) and Relocation Assistance (up to $10,000)- Fellowship Stipend if signed early- CME allowance $5000 over a two-year cycle- Paid malpractice and tail coverage- Full Benefits including: Health, Dental, Vision, FSA & 401(a), 403(b), 457(b) options, and more
