Pay: $15-$20 per hour, DOE.

Shift Commitment Bonus: You can earn up to $2 an hour additional by just working your schedule!

Shift: Monday - Friday, Day shift, 30-40 hours per week

Job Summary:

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-on-one behavioral therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, track progress, and help clients improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a BCBA
Provide in-home and community-based behavioral therapy
Track and report client progress and program data
Teach communication, self-help, and social skills
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies
Collaborate with team members and maintain clear communication
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
6+ months of relevant experience preferably in a healthcare setting required
Registered Behavioral Health Technician (RBT) Certification required
Effective communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation for travel to multiple locations
