Job description

We are located in Eureka, Mo just 10 minutes from Highway 270 or 15 minutes from Highway 40 in West St Louis County.

_ The LPN is responsible for providing nursing care and supervising the CNA and CMT positions as necessary in maintaining the well-being of the resident to enhance the quality of life for each resident. _

Responsibilities :
_ Assume responsibility for total nursing care, health needs and well-being of residents. _
_ Interpret policies and procedures to staff, residents, families, visitors and physicians to ensure compliance to these policies. _
_ Facilitate and assist with physician visits. _
_ Identify emergency situations and initiate appropriate life saving measures. _
_ Follow procedures for admission, transfer and discharge of residents within community. _
_ Maintain accurate records of nursing care provided via EMR/PCC. _
_ Supervise CNAs and CMTs as necessary in resident care. _

Qualifications:
_ LPN Licensed in Missouri _
Experience in Long Term Care preferred
Memory Care experience a plus
Computer skills
Compassion for Seniors
Good communication skills
