Job Description:

The firm is looking for an attorney to join our St. Louis office to practice primarily in workers' compensation defense and help meet the needs of our growing practice. With a physical office space in St. Louis and the technology and tools to maintain a remote practice, this position offers attorneys the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. We are seeking curious, intelligent, and creative attorneys to join our firm and be part of our fast-paced and rewarding environment as we continue to redefine the law firm experience.

Qualifications:


  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Missouri and in good standing.
  • 1-8 years of experience in workers' compensation law, preferably in defense.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a high caseload and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
