Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Capital Region Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team in California, Missouri. This role is linked with the Family Medicine Physician Assistant position (Job ID 52807), and only one candidate will be selected for this opportunity.

  • Serve in a busy, well-established rural practice with a strong patient base.
  • Gain access to a network of over 160 providers within the Capital Region Physician network, including referrals to University of Missouri Healthcare Specialists.

About Capital Region Medical Center: Capital Region Medical Center is a comprehensive healthcare system that includes a full-service acute care hospital, an extensive clinic network, a state-of-the-art Cancer Program at the Goldschmidt Cancer Center, a hospital-based fitness facility, a home health agency, and the only hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation center in the community. The hospital features 100 acute care beds and 14 rehabilitation beds, with referrals coming from our 160+ employed providers across 32 clinics in an 8-county service area serving approximately 225,000 people.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
  • Must hold a Missouri Board of Nursing RN license or a Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN license. If primary residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under the new state of residency within 30 days.
  • Preparation as a nurse practitioner through a Master's program or certificate program.
  • Must obtain a "Document of Recognition" from the Missouri Board of Nursing.

Work Hours: Work hours will vary based on the needs of the practice.
