REMOTE WORK FROM HOME Promote and sell Gel Permeation Chromatography Systems, Liquid Chromatographs, and similar instruments utilized in the analysis of polymers. Develop and implement six-month territory plan to achieve sales quota, prioritize accounts, and clients within assigned territory. Identify opportunities within assigned territory for new business. Focus efforts on accounts including manufacturing organizations, academic laboratories, polymer characterization labs, independent chemical analysis facilities, and similar. Consult with current and potential clients via phone and face-to-face customer meetings. Address client inquiries within designated time frame. Utilize communication tools, such as product seminars, to engage current and prospective customers. Report and analyze sales by account and product class. Research market trends, publications, and competitor information for Gel Permeation Chromatography, triple detection, and related technologies. Maintain high level of product related technical and application knowledge. Conduct site visits, demonstrate products, and provide high level of customer service. Update Customer Relationship Management database with customer records, call history, and purchase data for all accounts. Serve as subject matter expert related to chromatography theory, Gel Permeation Chromatography, related techniques (viscometry and light-scattering), and similar.
