Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work in a SNF setting, providing patient care and rehabilitation services. Your expertise will help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities to determine treatment plans

- Develop personalized treatment programs to address patients' specific needs

- Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities

- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the treatment process

- Provide guidance and support to patients in managing daily activities

- Utilize medical imaging and other diagnostic tools to assess patients' conditions

Requirements

- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist

- Experience in an acute care or SNF setting preferred

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

- Proficient in case management and patient service delivery

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
